Long distance

 

Your 3-hour journey begins with a one-hour phone session. Together, we’ll:

• Call in spirit guides to support your healing.

• Clarify your intention for the session.

• Discuss the challenges or emotions you'd like to work through.

Once we disconnect, you’ll rest in a calm, meditative state, ready to receive. During this time, I will:

• Perform a crystal healing session, including a custom crystal grid.

• Use Reiki energy healing to balance your energy body.

• Pull Oracle cards to uncover spirit-guided messages.

After the healing work, we’ll reconnect via Zoom or phone (either the same day or the next). In this follow-up hour, we’ll:

• Reflect on your experience and insights gained.

• Review the Oracle cards and crystal grid.

• Discuss integrating the session’s wisdom into your daily life, including tools like mantras or specific crystals for continued support.

 

In-person

The in-person experience flows seamlessly over three hours:

• Begin with an hour of intention-setting and guided conversation.

• Transition to the Reiki table for a one-hour crystal healing session, complete with a custom grid and chakra balancing.

• Conclude with an hour of integration, reflecting on Oracle card revelations, energetic shifts, and next steps for ongoing healing.
