Intuitive Crystal Energy Healing Session Explained

The beauty of this session is that it forces you to focus on one aspect of your life and that you are looking for support. Maybe it's a feeling you can't shake or a specific question that needs attention. You will text me with your intention on the morning of our session. I usually perform the energy healing work at night, but I like having your request in the back of my head during the day and allowing myself to open to my intuition throughout the day to prepare for the work to come.

 

During the energy healing portion, you would relax in the comfort of your home. Sometimes, I get in touch to ask questions about your feelings or advise a song to listen to or crystal to hold on to. It is always different, and I go with my gut.

 

While you is resting and ready to receive, I create a custom crystal grid and pull Oracle energy cards with messages for my client. Oracle cards are a delicious way in which spirit works with me to deliver you heartfelt messages and validate the words I speak during our sessions. Whether we choose a deck of spirit animals, angels, or goddesses, spirit always finds a way to collaborate with us. We will connect via phone or Zoom to complete our work together. We will review our shared experiences during the energy healing session and review the Crystal Grid and Oracle card messages.

In-person

The in-person version is similar, except that you would share with me your intention when we meet. Instead of taking an hour to talk and calling in spirit as we do in our Deep Dive version, we would go directly to the Reiki table to start your session after sitting with your intention for a few minutes. I would make a crystal grid, but also administer crystals on your Chakras depending on what was called for. You would recieve an Oracle card reading as well as receive a 45 minute Reiki Energy Session. We would review my card revelations and take an hour after the session to share our experiences.
