Intuitive Crystal Energy Healing Session Explained

 

Long distance

 

The beauty of long-distance energy healing is that it allows you to focus on one specific area of your life where you need support. Whether it's an emotion you can’t shake or a question that needs attention, we begin by setting your intention for the session. You will text me your intention on the morning of the session, and I’ll carry it with me as I prepare for the healing work that evening.

You’ll relax in the comfort of your home during your healing session. I may ask about your feelings, recommend a song, or suggest a crystal for you to work with—each session is unique, and I follow my intuition to guide the process.

While you rest and receive, I will create a custom crystal grid and pull Oracle energy cards, using them to deliver messages from spirit. Whether working with spirit animals, angels, or goddesses, the Oracle cards help validate the insights shared during our session. The synchronicities we uncover when we connect the following day are always inspiring.

After the session, we will connect via phone or Zoom to review your experience, the crystal grid, and the Oracle card messages.

In-person

In-person sessions are similar but with a more direct approach. Upon meeting, you’ll share your intention for the session. We’ll then move to the Reiki table, where I’ll create a custom crystal grid and place crystals on your chakras as needed. You’ll also receive an Oracle card reading during your 45-minute Reiki energy session. Afterward, we’ll take an hour to review the card revelations, discuss your healing, and share our experiences.
